We partner with professional cleaning companies and approved cleaners to maintain high standards. Cleaners make the beds, provide fresh towels, and remove old laundry. Guests pay for the cleaning and laundry services as part of their reservation fees, ensuring the property is always ready for the next guest.

15% of your total income goes to Airbnb as their fee. Our management fee is charged on your gross platform earnings, including booked nights and cleaning fees. Guests cover the cost of cleaning and laundry services, which are then passed through to our suppliers. We also manage the initial stock of essential supplies for your property.

We generally do not offer early check-in or late check-out when other guests are checking in or out on the same day to allow for cleaning. However, if no other guests are scheduled, we are happy to accommodate these requests, ensuring guests have a flexible and pleasant stay.
